Your Local Councillors

Ali Avaei, Thom Campion & Helen Laverick

Working hard for Kingston Park, The Great Park, Brunswick, Dinnington & Hazlerigg all year round

Castle Ward - made up of Kingston Park, The Great Park, Brunswick, Dinnington & Hazlerigg - is currently represented by your three local Lib Dem Councillors: Helen Laverick, Ali Avaei & Thom Campion.

The team are always out and about speaking to residents across the ward. They hold 5 surgeries each month across the ward but are always happy to visit residents if that's easier for them.

Key issues for Helen, Ali & Thom are: getting the Council to fix our broken roads and pavements, maintaining our precious green spaces, adoption of the Great Park and other new housing estates in Hazlerigg and Dinnington.

Helen, Ali and Thom are also part of the 23 strong Liberal Democrats Official Opposition Group on Newcastle City Council, holding the current Labour administration to account and pressing for change to improve our area and the wider city.
