WORK STARTS ON SKATE PARK

Work has started on building a skate park at the West Denton Association.
The skate park, which will be a welcome addition to the facilities for young people, is expected to be finished shortly.
Councillor Sharon Middleton said: "I am really pleased the skate park is being built here in Denton.
"I hope the young people of the ward make the best use of this facility."
