WESTERHOPE CELEBRATES BLOOMIN SUCCESS

Westerhope has been very successful in the Northumbria in Bloom competition by winning several awards.
Westerhope Village was awarded a Silver Award, Whorlton Grange Residential Care Home gained a Gold Award and Matlock Gardens Residents' Care Home achieved a Silver/Gilt Award.
Councillor Pat Hillicks says: "The success achieved in this competition again proves that residents working with the council and councillors can produce excellent results.
"We congratulate all concerned."
