The will of the people in Newcastle - the first Remain city

Newcastle was the first city to declare at the 2016 Referendum - and the first to declare for Remain. Liberal Democrats councillors and candidates at all levels - including Parliamentary - support that decision and pledge to keep campaigning for it.
