TAKING ACTION ON LOCAL ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

11 Jul 2008

The Liberal Democrats are taking action to tackle anti-social behaviour across Denton Ward.

For many local residents crime is top of the list of concerns.

As part of a new plan to tackle this issue Councillors Peter Arnold, Sharon Middleton and Graham Middleton are working with the police, council and YHN staff to identify crime hotspots.

Peter explains: "Vandalism, graffiti, and under-age drinking are the main worries of local people.

"We will be drawing up an action plan to deal with these concerns."

If you want to report an anti-social behaviour hot spot please contact the Denton Lib Dem team on 264 4811.
