Lemington Road Ends roundabout has been resurfaced.
Pedestrian facilities on Hillhead Road, close to the roundabout, have also been improved during the scheme.
Councillor Liz Langfield said: "This scheme and the work to the Denton Interchange should improve safety for pedestrians."
