Bus operator Arriva has reached agreement with the Great Park developers to run a new look service.
The service will extend from Featherstone Grove to the Sage offices during the day. There is also an evening and Sunday service to Featherstone Grove.
A third bus will be added to the route - improving reliability.
Councillor John Shipley says: "Some residents of Featherstone Grove have expressed concerns about the extension of the service through Melbury. Meetings are being held to try and resolve this."
