More Liberal Democrat council by election gains

The Liberal Democrtas made another 2 gains last night
Fairford North in the Costswolds was won with 68.1% of the vote (+ 40.2%) and Waterside in North Norfolk 55.1% (+19.8%)
Both of these seats were won from the Conservatives. Norfolk was a "Brexit" area
