Castle Ward Lib Dems have joined local young people to take part in Local Democracy Week.
A Q&A session was held locally to support a week of events in the city.
Councillor Ian Graham says: "Young people's enthusiasm for politics is something which is often overlooked and underestimated.
"They want to be involved in their communities and play a part in the decisions which affect them.
"It is about making them aware of how they can affect politics."
