Keep school crossing patrols - Lib Dems

They propose to defer Labour's cut of £184,000 so that all school crossing patrols to remain for 2017/18 to allow more time for alternative funding to be explored & put in place, paid for from the Life Chances Fund established as a reserve from the Airport Dividend.
