Work is to be carried out to replace the existing external cladding on the mid-rise flats on Naworth Drive.
Instead a rendered insulation system will be installed - reducing the loss of heat externally and saving energy and money.
Evidence of bats has been discovered, so if they are found they are then moved to a safer location. The cladding work will be completed before the bats' mating season.
