Graffiti concerns raised in the Council chamber

 Mark took your concerns over graffiti to the Civic Centre asking a public question at the March council meeting. 

"As a resident of Heaton, I would like to understand the council's plan to address graffiti across Heaton, and more broadly the city, which is becoming a worsening problem"

The response that was returned could have been read from the council website, and Mark challenged the council to come up with a holistic plan to address graffiti versus addressing pieces of graffiti one by one, and he particularly brought up Chilli Rd pedestrian metro bridge, which we have been told the council don't have the budget or plans to address.
