Forthcoming temporary road closures on northern exit to City

Killingworth Road will be closed on the north bound carriageway (going towards Killingworth) from Monday 27thMarch - the south bound lane will remain open and traffic travelling towards Haddricks Mill should run normally.
The closure is planned to allow the Gas Board to safely work on the gas main, the closure will be revoked as soon as the work is complete - no later than Friday 7th April.
The bridge into and out of Garden Village (Salters Bridge) will be closed during the lane closure.
