Deputy Leader calls out Reform councillors on racist posts

"Another day, support for another virulently racist Facebook post from a Newcastle Reform councillor - this time from Mick Mahoney.
"Meanwhile, at last council on 7 October, Reform refused to support a motion “to condemn and counter anti-immigrant and anti-refugee rhetoric and behaviour wherever it occurs”.
Mark Mitchell, Deputy Leader of the Council and Lib Dem Group Deputy Leader continued “It’s very simple. Reform in Newcastle need to stop liking racist tweets and Facebook posts. Or else they need to accept that they will continue to seen as condoning racists and the far right. It’s their choice.”
