600 dodgy pavements in Newcastle - most won't be fixed under Labour's rule

Over 600 streets across the city where the pavements are in need of treatment as identified from the latest condition surveys, officials at Newcastle City Council has told us. The budget made available by the controlling Labour grup will only fund improvements to a small number of those streets.
